Refund policy

Our company maintains an exchange-only policy applicable within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process any exchange request. Please note that certain items, including but not limited to sale merchandise and accessories, may be excluded from exchange eligibility. Any items returned beyond the fourteen (14) day period or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
